My Favorite Things Weekly Sketch Challenge
Greetings fellow crafters, here is another entry for MFTWSC. Layout MFTWSC637 was this week's challenge, which you can find on their site by clicking on the link below my entry.
As a starting point, I used the My Favorite Things I Knead You stamp set and white card stock. With my Misti, I was able to put the adorable cat up on a shelf as well as create the other cat and ball of yarn. Black pigment ink was used to stamp them, and then Copic markers were used to color them in.
After stamping the MFT Buffalo Plaid Background and cutting my newly formed gingham background,, I added some additional character with the MFT Wonky Stitch die. For the sentiment I placed all of my stamped elements temporarily in their final location to determine the sentiments final location then used my Misti again to stamp it. I followed that by adding clear embossing powder and setting it with my heat gun. I then cut the mat and bonded it to the foreground with adhesive. Once dry they were then adhered to the Vanilla card stock base and the other card elements were put in their final position.
